Request a password reset link via email

If you lost your password, you can re-set it by entering the e-mail address you used to register your account.

An e-mail will then be sent to the specified address with a link allowing you to reset your password, therefore a valid e-mail address is required.

Don't remember your username either? Use Recover Username first — you can look it up with a character name.

💡 You will receive an email with a password reset link within a few minutes.
💡 The reset link is valid for a single use only.
💡 Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.
💡 If you don't receive the email, verify that you entered the correct account details.
